I've even hearing some college coaches complaint about the speed of offenses and the "inability to substitute" defensive players, this leading to the potential of more injuries because if being exhausted or over tired. Seriously?!! One coach even commented about players who won't be able to get a break in a 15-18 play series. HELLO?!! When does an offensive linemen ever get a break in a 15 play series? Yes, the more plays an offense runs the more potential there is for injury, but it just seems to me the complaints are coming from more of the defensive minded coaches whose opponents have found a way to neutralize a disguised defense or the ability to substitute defensive player packages to suit game situations. I have an idea, train for the new uptempo offenses.
